My background is as a beauty & holistic therapist, but I've always been a tech geek too!

My various salons roles over the years always combined carrying out high quality treatments with my passion for marketing & I built my first website back in 2007.

But let's fast-forward to more recent times. In 2020, like many others, I had the opportunity to pause and reflect. And in 2021, I made the decision to become part of The Great Resignation movement and leave my full time salon position.

Since then, I've loved helping business owners improve their websites' performance and increase visibility on search engines.

Yes, successful websites need both! SEO drives traffic to your site, while conversion optimisation ensures that visitors take action, such as making a purchase or booking a service.

How long does it take to see website improvements?

Initial improvements can be seen within weeks (especially when we look for opportunities for quick wins and low-hanging fruit) but significant results, particularly with SEO, typically take 3 to 6 months.

Do you offer ongoing support after consultations?

Yes, I offer ongoing support packages to help you continue optimising your website and ensure long-term success.

Will SEO work with my existing website or do I need a new one?

I firmly believe in making the most of what you have! We can work with your existing website, helping you optimise its current structure, content, and SEO to achieve better results.

It's vary rare that businesses need a whole new website. But if you do, I'll help you preserve your existing SEO (where possible) and make the most of any content that you can re-use.

Will I need to hire a developer after a consultation?

Some technical changes may require a developer, but I’ll provide clear guidance on what’s needed and how to implement it.

Do you offer web development services?

Whilst I don't usually offer 'done-for-you services', many of my clients love the help and support of my 'done-with-you' consulting services.

What kind of businesses do you work with?

I work with established businesses, particularly those in local and e-commerce sectors, helping them improve their website performance and online visibility.

Many of my clients are from the beauty & wellness industry, but I've worked with businesses across many sectors.

I'm happy to work with any businesses that don't conflict with my personal values.
